Once the scope of the work and project design and implementation, executuion and finalisation schedule get fxed by define specific time limit, estimated project cost and the scope. If scope gets change it will affect the time and cost. If time get delaid it also affect the cost and scope of the projects. If cost gets increases due to some unforseen circumstances than it also affect the scope of the project badly. All these three constraints are related to each other.
Time:
In project management time management is separate subject by its own. In any project executuin time is defined based on several techniques. It get varies depending on the present circumstances. Time factor is not in total control despite more sources and alternatives are avialables to achieves the task. If you have limited resources you cant control over the time. It is one time of limitation once you are behind the time schedule.
Cost:
Cost of the project depends on the different factors like change in the rate of materials, equipments & machinery, change in rate of labours and other various factors.
Scope:
Each projects has its own well defined scope. The scope of the project is based on the quality of the output. It is one of the important point in the management for defining the scope of the work. It must be achievable and it needs proper planning of using the resources and time management to achieve the goal. It is also essential not to change in the scope during the project. However monor modificatios will be permited.
