Work plan is one for of work progress report. It is monitor by the team leader at the different level and submits to the project manager. The project manager ultimately report to the main management to give brief introduction about the progress of the work. The work plan or progress report will be submitted in the defined format and time so that every team members are aware about the progress of the projects.

The progress report of the project must be as per the defined schedule of the project. It is important to note that the every team member should abide the regulation and work accordingly to the schedule. If any updating in the project leader inform the respective team leader to perform the duty.
